Emporia stops charging early

I have an intermittent and hard to reproduce bug with our charger. It will randomly simply stop charging our vehicle.

I am attaching an example of this behavior. It stopped charging the vehicle at 63%, even though the vehicle was set to charge up to 80%.

The charger does not have any schedulers set, and we do not tell it to charge at off peak times or synchronize with our solar panels in any way.

What is the best way to troubleshoot this?

I have just installed my Emporia charger for my Tesla Model Y and am noticing the same thing.  the car gives no fault, nor does the charger that I can tell.  No energy management has been turned on either for this device.  any help would be greatly appreciated.
