      Hi,

      My Emporia Vue Gen 2 in blinking both lights green, when I try to connect to add to the emporia APP I don’t find its Bluetooth.

      This unit was connected to a previous Wifi, but I don’t have that connection anymore. So I can’t use the APP to do any action.

      Is there a way to do a hardware reset?
