Vue 3 and Condo 208Y/240V support

There was a long discussion on the Vue Gen 2 and whether the 208Y/240V with only two legs was supported or not. To be clear, yes this is 3-phase, but the one common in condo apartments where you only get 2 of the legs, so it is 120V L-N but 208V L-L.

Is this supported in the Vue 3? Again 208V but only using 2 legs, the comments were saying that the calculations were not correct on the Gen 2 and that this was not supported.
