Change in Daily View for Solar Usage – Software Update or Error?

Just this week my Day view of my solar production changed in the app (and website).  Day view used to show my solar production but now it does not.  It looks like it rolled it into the Balance at the bottom.  The math seems off also but one step at a time.  Seeing if anyone else is having or had this issue.  Thanks.

Figured this out. Not sure how but the solar CT’s that plug into the monitor came loose. Once I unplugged and plugged them back in it started showing production on the Solar circuits. I guess I didn’t think to check the connection because I figured if one was loose the other CT would still show production. All good at this point.

Hello @dexterlester any time you don’t see a sensor on the home page regardless of power/energy readings it means the sensor is not connected to the Vue module.

If you are no longer seeing a sensor listed on the Home Screen please unplug the sensor from the port for ~10 seconds and then plug it back in. If you can confirm that is it plugged in all the way and it is still not showing up, try moving it to a different port to see if the issue follows the sensor or if the port was the cause.
