No Usage detected for Heat Pump Water Heater

I just installed my Empira Vue 2.

I have one CT clamp monitoring my Heat Pump Water Heater circuit, which is on a 2-pole 30 amp breaker.

The app has been showing 0.000 kW usage. It has been monitoring for about 5 hours now.

Any ideas what could be the issue? I know that the heat pump is very efficient, but it’s definitely not drawing nothing since the compressor is always running. Is this an installation error? I have the clamp over one of the breaker wires and facing the correct direction.

I have a similar problem but with all 8 circuits…. It seems that my problem is due to

the time registered. After clicking on a Circuit (in Seconds) and the page goes to the

Graph page… Look at the top right of the screen to see the present time. We just did

a Daylight saving time and my time shows 1 hour later than real time. That posted

time will not arrive for another hour. Scrolling backwards in time on that page will

get you to the real time and you can see some data…. BUT it will not actual time

increment. There is a bug in the PC App. My Phone App works correctly.

I had a similar issue cause by a bad CT. Move a known good one to the circuit and/or move the ‘bad’ one to 1) another port on the Vue; 2) move the clamp to another circuit.
