Day/week/month readings

Are the values shown on the home screen for “day” the past 24 hours or is it the current day (midnight to midnight)?  Same question for week, as in, are the totals for “week” the past 7 days or some other time range, like Sunday-Sunday?  Also, is there a manual or guide that explains the app in detail?

@marob the day values on the home page, are for current day which starts at 12:00 am local time and ends 11:59:59 pm.   The week runs from Monday through Sunday and the readings are for the current week.   We do not have a manual on the app, but you can always contact our support team to assist with any questions you might have about app navigation.
