      Can you give us a heads-up on this? Either through the app saying the ETA on the maintenance or announce here in the forum? I’d prefer to see it through the app if that can be easily implemented.

      It has been down for a couple of hours. It is still down at 4 pm EST 02/20/20.

      Hi @kk07,

      We make every attempt to notify our customers of planned database maintenance via email and our forum.  On rare occasions, we need to do unplanned maintenance and on these rare occasions we do not send out notifications.

      Soooo, all of “my” data lives in their cloud? I have no local data at all? Meaning, when they are down I can’t see my usage, make changes, etc. Have to admit I did not know that…
