      I bought two of the Emporia Vue-2 devices and connected it up…The app reports the firmware version as Vue2-434. When I go through the reset process, it checks for firmware upgrade but doesn’t do the upgrade! I know there is a 6xx version…Is there a way to force a manual upgrade? Hoping my reporting problem with multi-phase appliance gets fixed!

      Please send instructions as I am in a different timezone…11hrs ahead.

      Customer service is not willing to help as they refunded the product! I would have preferred if they solved the issue 🙁
