Tech support never got back to me on a question.
My panel is in side my house, but it feeds though a main out on the pole. On that main is my 2 legs for my outside AC. But that over 20′ away. Didn’t want to buy a 2nd unit just for the 2 legs. But wanted the outside AC on my report.
So I tried something. Order a set of male and female 2.5mm head phone jack leads of Amazon. Then use some 5 wire thermostat wire to make up the 20′ I need. Match color to leads and use wire nuts.
Been running good.
