A few days ago my furnace quit. It would not start. The emporia energy profile showed that it was trying to start 4 times then nothing for a few hours. That confirmed a code 14, which I traced to a bad ignitor. After I fixed the furnace I set up one notification to tell me when it doesn’t run for 12 hours, and another to tell me when it goes to high fire for at least 5 minutes. This is a fantastic diagnostic tool.
