After spending a while working in my panel (Schneider 225A QO Load Center), I have a few suggestions – some are clearly more of a next-gen type suggestion:

      • Please offer an option for solid core sensors (particularly a mix of even smaller 20A along with 50A).  The split core sensors are quite bulky and a pain to install in a panel with 3/4″ breakers…it’s actually easier to slide over the end of the wire in certain cases.
      • The CT sensor wires are cumbersome – it would be nice to have thinner wires that can be trimmed to length.
      • Print the port numbers on the front of the device instead of the back.
      • The power harness should have 4 independent leads long enough to reach around the entire panel instead of the combination of relatively short leads plus an extension harness.  For panels where commons are at the top and empty slots at the bottom, the extension harness actually makes the installation worse.
      • Move the power connector to the top of the device, leaving the bottom of the device void of any connectors so it can sit flat on the bottom of the load center.

      Thanks for considering!

And another…the wires coming out of the 50A sensor should follow the K->L orientation.  Installations would be cleaner if the sensor wire could follow the same path as the circuit wire.  The way they are, the wire exits the sensor aiming back at the breaker, causing them to be folded back in order to route them all down the outer edge of the load center.   Even coming straight out the bottom of the sensor instead of the side would be cleaner and could accommodate any scenarios where the K->L direction needed to be reversed.
