I have all of my circuits monitored, yet am showing a very high balance, upwards of 50%.  Can anyone point me in the right direction for how to diagnose this?  I have 16 monitors.  Some have multiple wires in them.

I have the same issue. Has anyone figured this out?

I still have not figured this out but would appreciate it if someone who has encountered this can weigh in with what they have learned.

Post a picture of your fusebox hookups. Sound like the multipler are set wrong for the double breakers. Or it is counting it twice.

I just installed mine today and had 5% balance (not as bad as above). I read on here that you need to have at least 3kW load when you setup everything in the app. I went to Manage Devices, Home Power and Circuits, and clicked on the Reset WiFi / Solar Setup. Then I started the oven to simulate a large load and went through the WiFi setup. Everything seems good now. I do have a balance of about 3-7watts, but I am not monitoring the 15a circuit breaker for the Vue device.

This is how it seems to work…. The Main Line CTs read a value (X). The

single circuit CT readings are added up (CT1+CT2+CT3… etc)=(Y). Then

the EMP takes X and Y and finds the delta (difference + or -) and shows

      that on the Balance line.

Had the same problem with about 50-60 Watts Balance showing. This only

seemed to happen when one or both of my shop heaters turned on.

I went into manage circuits and dropped my 2 heater voltages to read

1.98 instead of 2.00. This solved my problem.
