How to re-order the devices in the app?

Is there a way to re-order the smart plug devices in the app? Right now the order is based on which one was setup first and last, thank you

That is not possible on the Emporia app, it’s a feature request and we’re working to make it available as soon as possible. Right now, on the Emporia app, the devices will show by chronological onboarding order, means if you onboard first the Vue 2, then the EV Charger then the Smart Plug, that’s exactly the order it’s going to show on the Emporia app.

This would be REALLY helpful, particularly when one has a lot of smart plugs. Ordering them logically rather than by onboarding date is a ‘must have’.

Not sure if this is the feature being asked for, but in 3.3.13.5733 version of the APP (on Android) there is a “custom sort” option.
Sorting doesn’t apply to the website (https://web.emporiaenergy.com/dynamic-links) but then it was months before I even knew there WAS a website!

The natural sort would be for the most usage to sort to the top, however I selected this and moved the circuits around by dragging the quadruple bars on the right up or down.

Oh, my bad  @anastrophe . I just noticed you are asking about Smart Plugs in particular.  I assumed when I put a smart plug under “Main” or “Standalone” that I was also getting them reordered, but I now see that’s not what happened. There does NOT appear to be a way to order them like you can the ct 50a sensors.

Adding my support for this m right now you can custom order CTs with a Vue, but not separate devices. I have two Vues the second child one jumps around the list I think based on consumption. I’d like it to have a fixed position on the list.

this is imoiortant fiture, I have 7 panels that I’ve ordered 7 emoria enery moitoring and the order is not how i need the onlyu wat to fix this right now is to delete them and reconnect i guess but the wikll earase the data that is important for power cost calculation for me

If somehow can be notified when this feature added that would be awsome.

Just installed two gen 3 hubs and these are my first exposures to using emporia products. It’s is almost laughable that this issue seems unaddressed. Please move this request off of the backlog!
