      I just compared my Vue readings with my utility readings, and my Vue 2 total consumption is only showing about 80% (give or take 1%) of what I’m being billed for. Any ideas what would cause this?  Any troubleshooting steps I can try? Can I correct it with a multiplier on my main clamps, or is there a better method?  The app suggests that I would do this if I know my voltage is different from 120V, but it measures pretty consistently at 120V with a multimeter.  I was under the impression that the Vue 2 would monitor voltage, and adjust appropriately.  Split phase US based if that makes a difference.

      I just compared my summer readings on a three wire home service and the net readings from the Emporia/Utility are: 412/387, 187/187, 22/27. One reason is that the revenue meter is a precision instrument that is regularly tested and used for billing whereas the Emporia is not. Perhaps you can try re-initializing the meter and make sure you have a load on of at least 3kW.

      @Mooreinc07 I see a couple of Gen 2 Vue’s on your account.  Which one is showing the usage of 80%?   I also see your configured for solar on one device, so there could be a set up issue where we are  not capturing all your usaged.   I would recommend you reach out to our support team if you haven’t already and they can check your devices to find the issue with the low reporting.
