      Yesterday I was reconfiguring my home internet which resulted in the internet being down and as well one of my 3 Emporia monitors was powered off for a while. I’m not sure if the Vues will store data if there’s an internet outage?

      When I brought everything back online, I had a huge “Balance” reported (1272.680 kWh).

      My setup is like this:

      Emporia Vue Utility Connect – monitors Total Usage

      Emporia Vue 2 – monitors loads in my Main Panel (all balanced 240V loads – HVAC, dryer, water heater, range)

      Emporia Vue 2 – monitors loads in my Sub Panel (all 120V loads – basically everything else in the house)

      Is there a way to correct this? I’d be happy just being able to zero out a few hours of the day since the data appears to be unreliable at best, anyway during that period of time.
