Hello all.
I recently bought a vue 2 but I realize now that I have an unusual case.
I have a ProTrans 2 transfer switch that is powered by a Bluetti AC200MAX via a 30A input. I want to monitor the power used ONLY from the transfer switch.
I cannot fit the Vue 2 into the transfer switch so I used a 1″ knockout to run conduit into a 6×6 box but I’m confused with the wiring harness now.
The Bluetti provides 120v only. So it’s one phase right? So the black wire goes to one of the breakers and the rest of the wires go to neutral?
The problem is the transfer switch does not switch neutral so the only neutral I have is from the 30A inlet.
Is it ok to run a 10 guage pigtail with a wirenut to hold the 3 wires from the Vue 2 and then run that to the inlet?
The remaining black wire would go to one of the 15A breakers with a pigtail also.
Thanks all. Please ask if you need more information.
