Installation problem on three phase line

Hi,

I’m triyng to set up a Gen 2 Vue on my home system. I have three phase line kW 400V. During the installation, the app pop up this :

Three phase system only mapped to 2 unique voltage channels.

A maps to the red channel, B maps to the black channel, C maps to the red channel.

I try to change the wiring position and the sensors connection but same problem (different colors mismatching).

Could you help me.

Hello @fraldom73, sometimes this can be a false error.   Low power from a specific phase can cause this error.   If you reach out to our support team directly, and provide you email we can check the configuration for you and confirm you have installed the three power harnesses correctly.
