How can I see how much energy we generally consume between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM (Prime TOU rate) for several monthly periods last year?  We’re shopping for Solar and batteries, and I need to see how big a battery we need to not consume grid power during that time period.  I would also like to know what circuits are responsible for that usage, to determine what could be time-shifted (EV chargers, washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc.) and what could not (HVAC, Network, AV equipment, lights).

You can export raw data in CSV format.   I haven’t done it myself, but there’s probably enough information to accomplish what you’re looking for

Thanks, yyzguy, but if it was easy to do I wouldn’t be asking.

I know the data is there, but I don’t know how to extract useful information from it.

I thought it would be a common application of the Vue Monitor to help with needs assessment prior to designing and installing a solar and backup power system.

I wish such things were part of the App, but perhaps someone has succeeded in building an Excel model from the exported raw data and would be willing to share it . . .

Hi, we have many customers that ask about sizing a battery or generator. We don’t show the Peak Demand figure in the App, but the data is available.

In order to see past month’s peak demand 15-minute window (closest thing we have to true peak demand figure) you can export the raw data for that month to CSV then pick the highest value out of that export in kW/kWh.
