I just installed my Vue 2 tonight. I am getting readings on several of my circuits but not all of them. There are a few circuits I know are being used which are showing 0% and a circuit that I know is not being used showing fluctuations between 0 and .5 kW.
I have tandem breakers for some circuits. I put clamps on each wire individually but they are very close together. Could that be causing the issue?
I have had this problem several times and every time but one (I am currently running 5 vue 2s) it has been because the sensor was loose in the vue 2, some times it wasn’t obvious but when pushed harder it went in a little more. The one time it wasn’t it was a bad sensor and it worked intermittently causing some frustration but emporia was great about getting me another one out.
