      Hi there,

      I have not been able to get data from the webapp or from my Home Assistant integration for more than 48 hours now.

      I can see problems with the Emporia server a few days ago (~20 november), but the server is supposed to be operational now according to Emporia, but it is not the case here (Europe). All my Home Assistant automations based on Emporia data are down right now, the webapp only displays the default devices (A/C, furnace, oven, kitchen, master bdrm, etc…), all my devices & associated data have disappeared for more than 48h.

      Am I alone without any data ?

      We don’t officially support any HA integrations at the moment, so we can’t comment as to why the HA integration for your specific use case isn’t working at the moment. If your Emporia device is offline (after the outage) or not sending measurements, we can certainly work one-on-one for your situation since we’re not noticing any platform wide issues at the moment.
