      Timezone, utility rate, zip code, etc – everything in the “Household Info” menu, I input my value and tap Save and nothing happens other than the button changes color slightly to indicate that I’ve tapped on it. Setting does not save, pressing back shows the device with “Not Set” at the right. I’ve tried doing this with and without the keyboard open. The same thing happened during my initial setup – I was prompted to select a timezone but “set timezone” had no effect other than changing color while I was holding my finger on it, and I eventually had to force close the app and reopen it to be able to do anything.

      I performed a reset on the Vue and the Save buttons are all working now – not sure if related to the reset or if the timing was a coincidence.

      Hello emilya, there was a bug that was identified and corrected where customers were unable to save expansion modules. Thank you for your post.
