Smart Plug showing power usage when off

Hi I have a Vue 2 with about 16 circuits, but I also have a few Smart Plugs I use from time to time to control things on Schedules. I have one on my dehumidifier to turn on/off a few times during the day on a schedule. But I am noticing they are showing about 70 watts or so of power being used quite a bit of the time when they are scheduled off and I have confirmed they are off because my humidifier has no power running to it.

 

Any ideas what can cause this phantom reporting, I’m not sure if it is even phantom because cause the CT it is on a pretty active line so I can’t fully shut it down to figure out if it is reporting on the CT’s or not.
