I have a gen 2 that I recently installed with all 16 sensors in place. This went in flawlessly & I was so impressed I got a 4 pack of smart outlets to complete the system. I installed 2 smart plugs and after testing them I noticed that my A/C was on and was not the #1 thing in the monitor. Looking at the list of circuits in the monitor the A/C (and one other) circuit were no longer appearing in the list. They are both still in the “device management” list. I moved the two new plugs out of “main” and into “stand alone” and main now only has 14 circuits… What is going on here?

      Any help appreciated!

      Is it showing as “Other”?

Maybe the CT connection came loose?

Turns out two of the 2.5 mm plugs would disconnect when closing the panel and pushing the wiring in. Support’s suggestion was to use electrical tape to wrap the plugs and keep them seated. Not an ideal solution, but it worked. I suggested they consider updating the plugs to a style that lock into place.

FWIW, I had the exact same issue when after installing my Vue 2 today – 3/8 CT plugs weren’t fully inserted and I didn’t get any readings on those CTs which had me baffled for a while as a new user.

After really squeezing on them they started working, but it certainly did not move much or feel much different. The design of the receptacles could provide a lot more positive feedback when installing.
