I just installed a 20A circuit for a spa (which was running on 115V). Since my Vue is “full”, I moved the CT from the least-used circuit to one of the spa breaker legs. However, it’s not showing up under that CT. The load does show up under “balance”, currently 2700 watts, so I know the spa is running. I moved the CT to the other leg of the 20A circuit and confirmed that it’s facing the right direction, but I’m still not getting anything on the monitor. Do I need to do something else to get it to work again?

Make sure the 2.5mm jack is plugged in securely – especially when tucked into the electrical panel. I’ve found that some of mine plug in better than others. Some people have wrapped around the perimeter of the Vue2 and the jacks with electrical tape to stop them from pulling out.
Also, I’m not sure what happens when you move a CT from one 120V phase to the other one. It may not be smart enough to deal with that, and you might have to re-run setup. That would be a question for Emporia chat – they rarely reply here.

Is it possible the CT accidentally became unplugged from the Vue?

I did check that it’s plugged securely into the Vue. No difference.

If you get no report from a sensor even after unplugging and plugging it back, the first thing to do is to determine if it is the port that is dead or the sensor.
For that, swap a working sensor with the Non-working one, then check if the problem follows the sensor or stays with the port. And I mean actually unclamp a working sensor from its circuit and clamp it on the circuit of the bad sensor, and vice versa. The Circuits must stay connected to the same port on the Vue, just the sensor being used need to be swapped.
The Vue calibration references the port, not the sensor, so no issue swapping sensors around, as long as the circuit being connected to the port does not change
If the problem follows the sensor, then the sensor is bad (I had one died on me once), if the problem stays with the port, then there may be a problem with the port of the Vue…
