Time based alerts

Would it be possible to add a time and day of the week filter to the alerts?

For example, I would like to be alerted if my pool pumps are running during peak time, but not that they’re running during off peak time. I would be happy enough to define those times myself when I create the alert.

I would also like to be alerted if my total household demand exceeds a given point during peak times, but not off peak.
