The web and app say at the top for –
Seconds and minutes: “Energy Use in kW”
Hours and longer: “Energy Use in kWh”
I feel a need to point out that minutes and seconds are actually a “Power Use in kW”
Furthermore, for the Unit of Measurement Amps they all say: “Energy Use in Amps”
Here, 1) for hours and longer, the unit shown is “Ah,” and 2) neither A nor Ah are an energy unit.
Similarly, the other “units” (gasoline, miles, currency, carbon) aren’t correct between power and energy either (and, for example, a gallon of gas is an “energy” unit, not a power unit), and carbon doesn’t even have a unit. Is it g, lb, what?
I know power and energy and their units are confused a lot, but it seems like this app especially should get that right …. if nothing else, it’ll make it all a lot more credible 😉

P.S. Short of these Physics 101 issues, I love the Emporia unit and app 🙂
