I tried to select my utility in the app, but it isn’t listed. My location is correct per the map. And my utility isn’t an obscure one—it’s a fairly large regional multi-state conglomerate (Ameren, which is also is our natural gas utility). It’s actually one of the few that support the Utility Connect (though I use the Vue Gen 3). But it’s not listed. What are listed are a whole bunch of small, obscure utilities I’ve never heard of, a lot of which are apparently small municipal-owned utilities. Is there an error or do you just not support automatic import of rates from Ameren?
