Vue 2 Voltage Readings

Hi there,

I currently have two Emporia Vue 2s set up, one in my main panel and one in a sub-panel right next to it.

I had a couple questions/issues about voltage readings:
– Each individual Vue is showing the exact same voltage on both phases (unlikely), but when I take multimeter readings, the phases are 0.3-0.5 volts off from each other.
– The sub-panel voltage is showing ~0.5 volts higher than the main panel, which can’t be right.. I suspect that it’s the same issue as above; I’m only getting shown the lower voltage of the two main phases, and the higher voltage of the two sub-panel phases.

Is this showing as intended? I thought the Vue can take separate readings of both phases. I have it wired like the installation manual says to–with black/red wires on two stacked/separate spots. The small discrepancy does throw off the watt readings ever so slightly, and so even in a panel with every circuit monitored, I believe there’d be a “Balance” reading. Appreciate any thoughts you had on this. Thanks!
