Did anyone else notice an outage around 8:33am-8:48am eastern Aug 28th? I could find no obvious connectivity issue on my end, so wonder if it was a problem with the cloud.
My Vue 3 behavior is shown in the screenshot below. The data looks smooth over the 15 minutes, which seems like the “Extended Network Interruptions Over ~15 minutes” averaged behavior rather than the “Short Term Network Interruption Under ~15 minutes” seamless behavior described at https://help.emporiaenergy.com/en/articles/9084139-offline-behavior. Average seems reasonable rather than the unreasonably low data I reported back in June here at https://community.emporiaenergy.com/topic/offline-behavior-vue-3/ . I won’t know for sure until after a couple days when my utility company posts my smart meter’s data online for comparison.
