I recently purchased and configured a Vue Utility Connect. My electricity provider is PPL of Pennsylvania. I registered the device on PPLs website. For two days or so, I received no data. This morning I started receiving data that is static and incorrect (always reporting 2.7280 kWatts).
I unplugged and replugged it in. It is located approx 4 feet from my utility meter (just on the other side of the wall). All the lights are solid green.
I called and emailed support, but so far no response.
It seems I’m not the only one having this exact issue:

And a reviewer on Amazon.com said: “The first unit I order unfortunately was defective and was only displaying one consistent usage. I contacted the company and without hesitation, they had an replacement shipped the next day.”
