Emporia StaffGood Afternoon! Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience with navigating through the app and changing between units. We definitely agree there are many enhancements that can be made and we love the idea of a toggle between Dollars and Watts. This specific feature has been sent on to the development team for review.

Time of Use(TOU) is definitely a feature that previous customers have requested and this is on our roadmap for development, we hope to have this feature available sometime mid next year. We appreciate your feedback and do hope you understand we are working very hard to prioritize the many enhancements that have been requested.
Emporia StaffThanks for you feedback on second by second data as well as peak load. Currently 1 second data is available in the app and you can scroll back about 3 hours. I have sent our development team a request to see if we can get that data part of the export, please stay tuned. Peak load is definitely on the road-map with several other improvement related to the user interface. We are working very hard to get these out as quickly as possible and are always adjusting our priorities based on our customers feedback.

We are currently looking into a few options as it relates to the increasing the circuit capacity of our expansion module. We hope to have this option available sometime mid next year. thanks!

Emporia StaffHi! I’m Marty, I work here at Emporia and head up our customer care team. I currently have two Vue’s installed in my home and use them to monitor my main panel as well as my sub panel. The Vue has helped solve a lot of arguments in my household about who and what is using the most energy in my house. Outside of work I stay very busy with my family, coaching a competitive youth Lacrosse team and keeping my three dogs out of trouble.
