I’d be happy with any api.  Want to stream each sample?  Sure.  Making it local, publish it.  Api doesn’t have to be complex.

Then again the gen 1 was based on a dual core 240mhz chip so a lot should be possible.

I’d also rather an api than see anyone try something like device type detection.  Sense tried and failed spectacularly.

Hi,

I’d like to add to the interest here.  I’m a potential customer but not being able to integrate is a non-starter.  I love the effort people have put in so far and it shows the interest but this relies on an internal api that will break without warning.

Make an api and make it operable without cloud.  With a small new company I need to be sure I’ll be able to keep this working if you go under (my plum lightpads can attest to this, even my sunpower panels had bad data for many many months because they don’t know how to run a service)

Waiting to buy probably 2-3 of these when this is done.
