Hello group. I recently added an emporia vue 2 with no individual circuit CTs. When I installed the view I selected no CTs. I’ve since gone and grabbed a CT off my main panel and added it to the garage panel to monitor my car charger. To the point, I cannot for the life of me find out how to tell the view. I now have a sensor and wish to use it. Am I missing something in the app or should it just automatically find it? Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
In my experience when you hook up new CTs and there is power on the monitored line it will just show up in the Vue app (or web app). If you don’t specify a name for the circuit it will just have the number corresponding to where you’ve plugged in the CT. You can then go into “Manage Devices” to give the circuit a name.
