For some reason it keeps asking me to sign in with the product suggestions forum, but then says I am already signed in. So maybe fix that also…

But adding the ability to set a time, or time range to the custom notification would make the notification much more useful. Right now, it really only works to notify you if something stops working, or starts working. But for example, my wife has a grow tent for her seedlings. She insists on keeping it zipped up. I forget to turn the power strip off for the grow lights before bed occasionally. Only runs about 10 weeks before everything is outside, but that’s still about 200w of grow lights all night long, plus the seedlings really should just be getting 16hrs of light a day, with some rest.

Being able to set a notification that if the power consumption on the circuit is above a certain amount, during a window of time, I get an alert would be incredibly helpful. Or if it is under a certain amount during a period of time, for reminders like “oh, I forgot to turn the grow lights on”. And yeah, a smart plug to just set when it is on and off doesn’t always work the best. Because in fair warmer weather, she takes the seedling trays outside for some sun and would be turning the lights off then.
