I know its a well known BUG, but we need this to be fixed, because this will not be helping if the numbers that are shown are wrong.
Just update the aplication so we can multiply x 230 or 240 is that so hard?
If you don’t fix this after 3 years, this means you dont care about your customers.

I’ve been looking into numbers that appear to be wrong on my Vue 2 and so far it appears that AMPS are correct and WATTS are sometimes incorrect.  I have been monitoring some circuits where the watt values seem wrong but if I switch to amps the amps number seems right.  And oddly, if I take the amp reading and multiple by 120 (for a single leg circuit) I get only a fraction of what is being reported for watts.  This is only happening on some circuits and I haven’t figured out why yet  but it might be for all the CTs on a certain leg.

Current is reported incorrectly for any voltage other than 120V (US single phase).

With a 230V supply the current us half of what a current clamp meter is measuring.

Current measurements have been reported as having issues (bugs) for 3 years now.  I believe there have been improvements, but this is still wrong.

Please make this a priority to report correct data!!!

Reporting is what you the monitors is all about, so please make it do that correctly.

      Thanks

On July 30, 2023 the graphs show that it is AUGUST.

It looks like EMporia is loosing the grip with reality.

If your graphs are showing the next month, it’s most likely because the billing date is set to the next month.
