Cloud connection down again

  This is happening to me once a week. My connection to the cloud service will not connect. My wifi signal is 100% at 2.4 GHz. Why are there no app alerts that cloud service is not available? Why can’t we check cloud service status online? Emporia needs to make some improvements.
