      Vue 2 installed and working fine for 3 months. The last couple of days if I try to view energy use, through the app (IOS) or web browser, nothing displays for seconds or minutes. You have to manually click on hours, then all devices show, then you are able to drill down into minutes or seconds for each device although there is no live second display working the view is static.

       

      Also is there a way to remotely reboot the Vue2? I am unable to find any option to do so other than a reset which I obviously do not want to do.

      Wow, well today the issue appears to have been fixed. I can only assume it was server end.

      I’m kind of unimpressed no staff replied to my post above, this is after all the ‘support center’ ????

      Who is supporting who?

        We haven’t had any reports of delays in our realtime data when looking at the app, if this continues please contact customer support and they can troubleshoot further. Contacting support directly will always be the quickest route for us to assist you best!
