EMP2-A-1 graph problem

My EMP2-A-1 UK Smart Plug is not updating the Watts graph in real time. Initially it was updating the graph every five seconds. I let it run overnight and the logging frequency is reduced. I know it is limited how long it can record under ‘seconds’. I have deleted all the data, but now my graph only updates once a minute and is at least seven minutes behind. The plug has a good wifi signal. The firmware did update to Outlet-313.

Is there a factory reset? I suspect the plug is full of data and ‘Delete Data’ did not work, although the cloud data did delete.

Today it is working as it should, updating every five seconds. I’ll post again if this changes.
