Emporia App in Bluestacks just showing splash screen

I have an installed Vue system that is working well with the Emporia App on my Android phone.

I installed Bluestacks 5 on my PC (Windows 10) and installed the Emporia App on Bluestacks, apparently successfully.   Bluestacks is at 5.9.300.1018 N32 and Emporia is at 3.2.14, about 25 MB used per the Bluestacks App Info tab.

Difficulty: when I click on the Emporia App I just get the Emporia splash screen (green leaf in a white field), forever.  CPU for Bluestacks jumps from 0.5% to 12%, but nothing else happens.  I tried letting it run several minutes, also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the App.

Any help with a setting I’m missing or button I’m not finding on the splash screen?

Can’t help with BlueStacks, but do you know that Emporia works in a web browser on Windows / Mac / etc?  Works basically the same as the app.  https://web.emporiaenergy.com

Wow… no, I did not know… just saw lots of references to it being a requested feature, and lots of people using Bluestacks.

And it works on my machine, so I’ll now proceed to sheepishly uninstall the Android app and Bluestacks.

Yeah, they released the web version about a year ago – didn’t initially have it.  Glad it is working for you.
