I have the Emporia Vue 2 installed on my panel. One of the clamps is on my well pump and I have an alert setting for “exceeds 0.5 kW for 2 seconds” to alert me when the well pump has cycled. It works inconsistently. Sometimes the notification comes through or appears in the app but not always. I’ve checked when the pump is on and verify the Vue 2 is reading the change in power draw but the notification doesn’t appear through the app or the notification history. I see the reading for change in power draw while looking at the clamps history over time.

I exported the log for today if it helps, but I the app missed the notification when my well pump ran at 7am and 11am where it shows up in the log. Any help is appreciated. Thank you
