We had a mixup during the initial launch of the Gen 2 that included a run of devices that technically were not UL Certified. The change in number reflects those devices that have been UL Certified vs. those that were built prior to the certification. If your device doesn’t match the UL certification number listed, then that means your device was part of that initial run. The good news is that there weren’t any hardware changes directly that would impact the safety or operation of your device, the only changes were a few insulation parts to hide exposed metal on the device. This includes open ports as well as the antenna connection. Your device should have shipped with a supplemental UL kit that provides those parts needed to match the UL specifications.
