…this product has so much potential I don’t know where to start, but here is some initial feedback and future ideas more suited to the uk market based on my limited knowledge so far (being day 2).
We tend to use split boards for everything in the uk, be it RCD protected or non protected circuits and even for inverter loads as being critical or grid circuits.
Here belies the current problem!! To accurately reflect the energy consumption of your system, one has to invest in additional modules to nest the circuits, where as the adoption of a simple parent – child approach within the software would transform the product.
This must be relatively simple to implement as the theory already exists with the smart plugs nested under power circuit CT’s – which reminds me “Alexa, please add emporia smart plugs to the shopping list”, such a cool integration feature that will be greatly appreciated in the uk market with our “ring” circuit arrangement for small power that covers up a multitude of sins.
Hope this feedback will nudge future development in the right direction…
…I’m sure more will follow as I explore the potential.
