Install after the 200a breaker?

I am about to get ready to order the emporia vue but I don’t have cables that go into my breaker am I able to install to the clamps to the bars?

It looks like you should be able to put the clamps around the busbars coming out of the main breakers.

There may not be enough space on the left of the left bar though….

Yes, you have to separately buy special clamps that were made for exactly this purpose.  They are on their shopping site.  The included clamps won’t fit.
