      Hello,

I am having issues with my installation. I have a large 400 amp panel with 4 live wires feeding the main panel, two red and two blue. I installed it with the help of an energy auditor, who said that the two red lines and two blue lines each feed a separate 200 amp service and since my HVAC was all on the left side of the panel, we clamped the two red lines.

However, it appears the total is significantly less than the sum of each 15 amp sensor, leading to a negative balance. Any suggestions?

Here are a couple pictures of the installation below.

One clamp needs to go around both blue wires, the other around both reds.   The optional flexible clamps are bigger, they might fit.    If they fit, they will work as long as your total usage is less than 200 Amps (or 250 amps or so, the actual limit of the sensors is higher than 200).   But if you are actually consuming 300 or 400 amps through a single panel like this you won’t be able to use the Vue or at least not all of its features.
