      I haven’t gotten an Emporia notification on iOS since March 13 (now March 20). This includes any banners in iOS or any notifications listed in the Notifications panel of the Emporia app.

      Is there any known bug that causes this (or a known solution to this problem)? My circuits still show up in the app and all of the energy values are still being tracked, and my devices are still behaving in a manner that should cause notifications to be sent.

      The last notification I received was on March 14, android. However, the platform isn’t important because notifications aren’t showing up in the webapp either. I have 2 Vue2 systems installed on the same account and neither one is logging notifications. I power cycled them and they’re still not sending notifications. I also noticed that my firmware version on both is 266. The current firmware version is 313 according to a post by emporia. As far as I know, I’ve never received an OTA update. I submitted a trouble ticket to emporia yesterday, so hopefully I’ll hear back soon.

      I ended up reaching out to support via chat two days ago. The tech recommended setting up new alerts, which I did. That did not work. I also requested the latest firmware be pushed to my devices. He said it would be pushed out to me overnight, but it’s been 2 nights and the firmware hasn’t updated yet.
      I also received a reply from my initial support request and they confirmed they’re aware of the situation now. Here’s the response:
      Very sorry you’re running into this issue at the moment. We think there might be a small bug in the system preventing notifications from being delivered at the moment, so dev team is investigating further. I’ll follow up via email once I get a response back from them. Thanks!

      Just got my first notification since March 14. Cautiously optimistic.

      I’ve started getting notifications again as well, so I’d consider this issue resolved.
