For a long time now I have been seeing a periodic problem with my TV. I have both cable and an outside antenna. The problem comes and goes. I call the problem pixelating. It can last for a second or go on for several minutes and it occurs on both cable and antenna input. When it’s not happening the reception is perfect. I’ve had the cable company rework all my cables and verify I am getting a strong signal. Of course it wasn’t doing it when the technician was here.
Today I’ve been watching march madness all day and it has been happening a lot. I got to thinking about what has changed in my house and I remembered I installed 2 Vue monitors in the 2 breaker boxes over a year ago. So I turned them off an hour ago and it hasn’t happened since. Both cable and antenna are perfect now.
Is this a known problem? Is there a cure?
