I really miss the ability to download second by second data from the Vue. I’m primarily using the Vue to help me size a standby generator. As a Florida resident, by far the largest energy demand is from the compressor of my AC. When I first got the Vue I found that my AC pulled an initial peak 8500 watts, then continued at 2600 watts. It was also interesting to see similar patterns in my refrigerator, freezer, disposal, and other items with a “start current” for their motor. I’ve added a “hard start” capacitor to the AC compressor and would like to document its effect other than looking at the app. It would be great to have the ability to have second-by-second data, or have the maximum watts used in a minute also available for download (or access from an API).
Anyone else have a need for peak load data?

Thanks for you feedback on second by second data as well as peak load. Currently 1 second data is available in the app and you can scroll back about 3 hours. I have sent our development team a request to see if we can get that data part of the export, please stay tuned. Peak load is definitely on the road-map with several other improvement related to the user interface. We are working very hard to get these out as quickly as possible and are always adjusting our priorities based on our customers feedback.

      Yes please.

I would love to see peak and average load in the app.

      Preferably over time.

This would be extremely helpful in sizing generator/solar/battery installations.

And honestly one of the main reasons I bought this in the first place.

That said. Thank you for a very intuitive well functioning product that does exactly what it says on the tin 🙂

I’m using Microsoft Power BI  dashboards to get stats. Actually pretty manual.

I wish an api to get info automatically.

You can see distribution comparison by week and weekday.

Yes!  I came on here to see if the app could have a feature to help size a generator. Peak loads per circuit and total.
