Monitor seems to be working but I do see that my upstairs heat pump running in AC mode rarely/never exceeds around 300W which I think is unlikely. Unit is on a 60A breaker multiplied 2x in the app. Is it measuring accurately? How can I determine if it is?
@JoelJoel when using the multiplier can over/understate the circuit usage since some dual-pole circuits are not symmetrical (balanced) in their load. To validate this you can always put two sensors on each leg for a period of time and compare their usage. Then adjust the multiplier accordingly if you wish or just leave the sensors on each leg with no multiple.
