SMART PLUG KEEPS GOING OFFLINE AND LIGHT IS RED

Installed 8 Smart Plugs throughout house all within 15 feet of Wifi Router since December 2020.

THREE of them keep going offline for no reason with SOLID RED light.

Have to go back into app and choose RESET WIFI and put them into setup mode to get them back online.

Are these 3 defective and in need of replacing??????????????????

Hello @WillowGroveWeatherCenter,

If you plugs are going solid Red light that means they are connected to the internet but toggled off, if yo have to do a WiFi reset then there could be something wrong with the plug?   If you could please reach out to our support team and provide your email that the plugs are registered under we can investigate further.

We will replace any defective units immediately.
