I have Vie Gen 2 in my house with the Vue2-334 version. In the graphs of seconds, I observe that there is an issue, since the total power in watts becomes zero in certain intervals, which is incorrect. I have sensitive monitoring equipment in my house when the power from the main current transformers reports zero watts, which is equivalent to the power company not delivering power or the voltage being zero at the main circuit braker panel. However, this is incorrect. I have monitoring equipment sensitive to zero voltage or zero watts measurement, and these do not activate in the time indicated in the graphs, and it hapened in the main current transformers and in the load current transformers. This problem has already been reported to Emporia staff, but the problem continues without being fixed
